Thoughts on baking

If I bake something, I’ll eat it. That’s the happiest and scariest thing about a delicious baked good. If I don’t share the baked goods with others or immediately put them in the freezer, the baked goods will disappear in no time at all.

But I still like to bake. And I do still bake, somewhat often!
