Be the Change

Yeah, yeah, we’ve heard it before. “Be the change you want to see in the world.” I’ve known it forever. But it wasn’t until earlier this week that I really started to understand it.

My work environment is fun and upbeat, but can sometimes become unnecessarily hostile.
