I have something for you. Not just because it’s Valentine’s Day, or because I like baking sweets…
Because I like you.
Maybe I made one for me, too. So we can share. I mean, who wants to eat a cupcake alone?
Or two dozen for that matter?
It all started with these ingredients and
this recipe.
And it involved some mixing,
and some more mixing,
and baking in an oven for 25 minutes.
And some of my fabulous cream cheese frosting (8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla)
Mmm. Frosting.
I made a few extras…
And added some Valentine’s Day flair.

I made enough to share with coworkers! I hope you’re okay with sharing your treats.

Yummm! Looks delicious. Homemade cupcakes are definitely well worth the effort. They are so much tastier. And I don’t blame you for wanting to share, I’d eat them all if I didn’t!
