Plank A Day Challenge

I’ve started a new fitness challenge. Inspired in part by fitblog chats and by the #plankaday reminders on twitter, I’ve become a planker.

It’s the end of May, and I want to have something to lead me with a head start into June!

Planks are an important piece of PiYo Strength, a new class I’m going to start teaching next week. While we won’t be holding planks forever, we will form a lot of planks that lead into other moves {stuck in my head is the chant “plank, chaturanga, up dog, down dog” that my PiYo instructor trainer repeated over and over again to test our form}. I want to improve my form!
