Fitness Friday #21: Push-Up Challenge

This month, I’m hosting a Push-Up Challenge.

Push-ups are one of my favorite bodyweight exercises. You can gain so much strength just by adding push-ups to the regular fitness routine. I love them so much that I often incorporate several sets into my group fitness classes.

How the challenge works:
Start on day one with a test – how many good form push-ups can you perform?

Check out the calendar listed in the group to determine your Level (1, 2, 3) and follow that level for the next several days.

On day 14, we test again!

On the final day, we test one more time.
