If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that it’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood! I love being able to have a couple of hours in the afternoon to enjoy the sunshine on days like today. I loved riding home from the high school with my windows down! Tuesdays are my extra long day, too – I start with 6:30 a.m. insanity class and finish my third class, Zumba+Pound at 8 p.m. in Middletown. I call it Triple Tuesday!

Speaking of classes, if we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that I’m finally filming pieces of my classes! I’ve filmed a whole HIIT series of classes I created for my virtual fitness group, and am thinking about what to do with them next. I might make them available for single purchase online! Stay tuned. I’ve also started filming my original choreo for dance fitness (zumba) and posting them on YouTube. New video each week. Check it out! I’m also very close to finalizing my certifications for the year. I love to learn, and earning new certifications keeps me engaged and benefits my clients. I love to share what I learn with you!

Related to this, if we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that I’ve been thinking a lot about non-scale victories. So often, I get to celebrate with clients when they experience these things listed and when they make it through the whole turbo section in Turbo Kick (seriously a win), when they break their push-up or plank records, and when they just feel better.

That’s why I do what I do!  I promote healthy living. A healthy lifestyle. A sustainable healthy lifestyle. Fitness for life and living. Balance, discipline, energy, and motivation. If you’re in need of any of these things, come sit next to me! I could chat about them all day. Even better, come take a class!
