Coffee Talk Tuesday #100

WOW! We’ve shared coffee on Tuesday 100 times. That’s amazing! I love our coffee dates.

To celebrate, I thought I’d share a round-up of some of my favorite posts to date. I love going back and seeing what was happening since I started this blog in 2010. It’s changed so much — I started blogging in March 2010 in an effort to capture and catalog all of the fascinating information I was learning about local foods, and to document my daily adventures in homesteading, eating to fuel exercise, and teaching group fitness.

Since then, this has evolved to host my fitness class information, Coffee Tuesday posts, and Fit Friday posts.

When I started this blog, I was really only teaching Zumba, with the itch to teach other formats. Not long after, I obtained certifications in Insanity, PiYo, and Turbo Kick. Fast forward a bit and I obtained my AFAA group fitness certification, which opened the door to creating my own formats (the FWA 100 was BORN, but called something else). Then, last year, I got my Pound Fitness certification, and this summer I completed both Buti Yoga and Barre certifications. It’s been a crazy ride.

I’m ready for this space to evolve again – I’ve been working on a new site and can’t wait to share it with you. I hope to continue posting Coffee Talk Tuesdays, maybe they will reappear in a different format.
