If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that I’m deep into the flow of work, classes, and communication strategy! I have a nice flow going now (knock on wood), and it’s nice to have a groove. I spend 28 hours/week at the schools, working with my Next Generation Scholars students, I teach between 7 and 9 classes a week (and keep adding special Friday classes and workshops – make sure to keep checking facebook), and I’m building content and comm strategy for AquaFit. This girl likes to stay busy! I may have also just said yes to coming back to B&BW for the season, so…

If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that I’m keeping up with my newly-established goal of 3 5k interval treadmill runs a week! It’s a change of pace from my BBG workouts, and I’m liking the differences I see in my body so far. It’s good to shake up the routine every so often. I think it’s easier to drop the interval training since I’m teaching two interval classes a week now. I’m also loving teaching barre, and Buti couldn’t be more fun. I love the creativity and flow and challenge of teaching these classes.

If we were having coffee together today I’d tell you that I’ve started doing a new series on facebook live called “The Monday Minute.” My goal with this is to share quick thoughts  related to fitness or wellness each week. Have a topic you want me to cover? Let me know! I’ve talked about checking your form, the importance of sleep, the idea that September could be the new January in terms of goals, and the power of group fitness. If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that I’m super pumped to be hosting THREE Buti classes next week. I’m stoked to have such a balanced week — I’m teaching my usual Wednesday class, covering a Friday class, and then I’m teaching a Beginner Buti/Breakdown class on Saturday, October 20. With the beginner class, you get the workshop AND a free week of Yoga at Foundations. That could mean…more Buti! And a chance to see all of the awesome styles offered at Foundations.
