A Snack-y Dinner

When possible, I try to eat 4-5 small meals a day instead of the traditional 3 meals. It helps keep my energy up, and keeps me from munching!

A typical meal lately has included salad (while the fresh greens are still out there!)

Fruit (this week featured pluots)

And a new favorite: raw milk cheese! Have you ever tried raw milk cheese? I was able to snag some during a recent trip to Pennsylvania – raw milk cheese is available and legal to purchase! There are a few places in Maryland that offer raw milk cheeses, but I have yet to visit any of those!
