If we were having coffee together today, I’d pose this question: What accomplishment in 2019 makes you most proud? I love these kinds of questions, because I get to know someone really well — what they value, how they spend their time, how they think. From our conversations before and after classes, I know that there are some awesome accomplishments in our fitness community and I really like hearing about them. I’d love to hear your accomplishments. Here’s the post – share your responses!

If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that each year, I love to reflect on the year of classes. I like to think about all of the different formats, the creative process, and timing. I also like to do a final tally of all the classes, groups, and workshops I’ve offered during the year. I love numbers and I love analyzing and using that to fuel my future scheduling and creative process.

Just for fun, the fitness class year in review:

In 2019, I taught 449 LIVE classes. I added 4 new class styles (HIIT, HIIT Barre, Strength, Stretch & Tricks, and Xtreme Hip Hop). I celebrated 10 years of teaching group fitness. I hosted 6 challenges. I expanded my online/virtual fitness offerings.

I’m looking forward to even more in 2020. I offer these services:

  • Group Fitness Classes
  • Private Group Fitness Classes
  • Workshops
  • Private Special Event Dance (great for weddings)
  • Corporate Fitness Classes/Groups
  • Virtual Fitness Classes
  • Fitness Challenges
  • NEW in 2020 – Yoga

Each year, I expand my fitness offerings, I try new things, and 2020 will be no exception. As I gear up for this new year in fitness and wellness, I’m so excited about possibilities and I’m open to new adventures.

I’ve taught classes in all kinds of places and spaces and I’ve taught a range of fitness modalities. I love to learn and grow and I believe my place in this world is to share all of that with clients. Fitness should be fun, it should be exciting, it should help you discover creativity, and uncover energy.  My goal as your instructor is to help you find a positive oasis, a break from the ordinary, in a caring and FUN environment that pushes you and makes you feel your best.

I can’t wait for 2020!
