If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that we’re officially one week into 2020, and I can tell it’s going to be a great year. There’s an air of excitement when something is new, or about to change, and I can feel it. I’m eager to share this feeling with others, and when I feel this way, I spring into action. Enter, Prepare to Launch.

It’s a great way to connect to individuals who cannot come to classes and it’s also an awesome way to stay connected to those who do regularly come to classes. I love the energy and vibes of the group dynamic, and it’s cool to see it translate from the studio to the screen.

My home office space is almost complete, I stood up for myself and my business, and I initiated conversations for two exciting projects. I’m feeling full of energy and fire for 2020, and I want to share this all with you!
