Happy Holiday Coffee Talk Tuesday! Grab a cup and let’s start talking.

If we were having coffee together this week, I’d tell you that I spent 2 uninterrupted hours last night working on my new website. FINALLY! I’ve decided to make it a priority, with a planned launch in early 2019. I’m feeling really excited about the look and feel. I love working on websites and social engagement plans for clients,  but of course the last client I tend to help is myself… go figure. Other small business owners feel me? Why do we save ourselves for last?!

If we were having coffee together this week, I’d tell you that, speaking of small businesses, I’m running a BLACK FRIDAY deal for classes! Head to the Fit with Aundra facebook page to check it out (hint). I love being able to package deals, and hope to see some new faces (and the return of others!) on the floor for the holidays or in the start of 2019.

If we were having coffee together this week, I’d tell you that I’m excited about launching the latest Virtual Fit Session group! There’s still time to join if you’ve been on the fence. You’ll get immediate access to 4 exclusive workouts – ranging from 20-30 minutes each, and all bodyweight/interval style, so no equipment needed. You also get accountability – it’s hard to stay on track during this busy, traveling, party season! Check out this page for more info & the link to register.

If we were having coffee together this week, I’d tell you that, even for a holiday week, my schedule is PACKED! I have three days of work at MBRT, holiday work – 3 shifts at Bath & Body (come see me!!!!), a Hip Hop Buti class, holiday photos, two Thanksgiving dinners, travel to Reading, PA, and I’m making time for OTF workouts and a little self-care pampering. I love having  a schedule full of different things!

If we were having coffee together this week, I’d tell you that I’ve spent the last week participating in the Into the Depths challenge with Buti Yoga, and boy! is it deep. I’m loving the mixture of workouts paired with really tough questions that force you to reflect and push yourself. It’s challenging, and personal, and I love the breakthroughs. I love that this format is more than just a workout — it’s been so inspiring to teach and push my students each week. I can’t wait for my SOLD OUT Hip Hop class this Wednesday – ready to turn it up!

If we were having coffee together this week, I’d tell you that we’re starting to plan our summer National Parks trip. We like to visit at least one park each year, and we’re having a hard time choosing the next one! I’m all for Rocky Mountain National Park, but then we started thinking about Badlands and Mount Rushmore — simply because neither of us have visited South Daktoa. We’re also intrigued by and Zion & Bryce and maybe tacking on Arches. But we just visited Grand Canyon last summer, so it might be time to switch up the location. On top of all this, Johnny has a big birthday next year (3-0!), so we want to plan a special trip for his birthday (which also happens to be my birthday, but not a big year, just 33). He prefers the beach to the mountains, and started talking about Hawaii. Decisions! Do you have any big trips planned?

Have a fabulous week – let’s meet again for coffee next week.
