It’s Tuesday! Grab your cup and let’s start talking.
If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that I’m full of ideas this week. How does this happen? When baseline needs are met, and I feel like I have a grasp on projects, I’m free to dream, to relax into my thoughts. Participating in more yoga classes always helps me with this, too.
Related, if we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that I shared a “What’s Next?” challenge on facebook live yesterday. Each Monday, I share a thought, challenge, or idea within the fitness/health/wellness community. What’s next for you? Think of a goal you’re trying to accomplish, and share your next step. What does this do? It makes the goal more REAL and gives you something tangible to do, a way to get one step closer to that goal. I’m curious to to hear your goals and next step, add a comment! I shared that I’m working toward my 200 YTT! This will allow me to deepen my yoga practice and understanding, and then I can also offer yoga classes. Right now, I teach flavors of yoga, but have not taught a straight flow class. Excited at the possibilities!
If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that I’m a step closer to my next virtual challenge! The week of March 11 – 15, I will not be teaching classes at my main location due to spring break. So, I’ve decided to film short sessions (30 min) of all my classes, and offer those as a private group! The coolest part – once you’re in the group, you can stay in it as long as you’d like. The purpose will be to offer something while I’m unable to teach classes, but you can reference the classes them at any time. The sessions will be challenging for all, but also a good taste of the different flavors of fitness I offer. Want to try a class, but haven’t been able to make the live version yet? You’ll get a taste of the class, and see if you’d like to try it live! This will be just $10 for 7 different 30 minute videos. Here’s more information about the virtual session – and you can sign up now! I’ll add you to the facebook group, where you can access the different fitness classes.
If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that I’m also working up a special FREE group, because it’s something that I’m really interested in doing and sharing. I’m calling it “Spring into You” and it’s a 21-day wellness journey. Each day, there is a new prompt, and everything comes back to you. It’s about building yourself, loving yourself, and joining a community of others who are doing the same. It’s meant to be uplifting and inspiring. This starts March 5.
