Coffee Talk Tuesday #23
Welcome to the weekly chat where I spill my guts and try not to spill my coffee. That would be very sad.
If we were having coffee today, I’d tell you to GO VOTE! We voted early last week, which is the first time I’ve ever done that, and I’m so glad we did. I’m anxious and excited for what November 9 will bring.
If we were having coffee today, I’d tell you that we’re on Day 2 of the November Wellness Challenge, and I couldn’t be more excited. I love hosting monthly challenges, and this one is a little different. Emotional and mental wellness go hand-in-hand with physical fitness. My thought was that spreading positivity would help our physical fitness community (and beyond) strengthen relationships AND help build our emotional/mental wellness. Join me on this fun 15-day journey! Today, we are sharing a favorite book we recently read/currently reading.
If we were having coffee today, I’d tell you that this little blog is in a state of transition! I’m building a new website that will allow features like blogging into it. My feelings — if you’re not constantly building, growing, developing, what’s the point? I don’t like things to be stagnant for too long. (If you don’t dance, you’ll grow moldy).
If we were having coffee today, I’d tell you that I’m in major cleaning/purge/organization mode, and nothing is safe – not the house, the office, my inbox, my car (though truthfully I am ridiculous about my car, I clean it at least once a week, and it doesn’t take long because I keep nothing in there and need it to be super super clean). I love this state of organization – especially when it means donating items, tossing things that are not important, and re-discovering things. Like my beads. There may be some crafting in the immediate future. Like tonight.
What’s on your mind this week?
