If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that I woke up in a magical forest of ponderosa pines, 8,000 feet above sea level. The air is cool and crisp, and the sunshine promises a warm day. We’re so excited to be in Arizona!

If we were having coffee together today, I’d tell you that we drove through the deserts of Nevada, Utah, and Arizona to get here. We started our journey in Las Vegas, where we stayed at the Bellagio, soaked up the sun at their gorgeous pools, explored the ‘paradise city’ area by tram and monorail, ate delicious food, and saw Cirque du Soleil’s O show. A fun start to the trip!

We rented a car and started our journey east, with a quick pit stop at Hoover Dam. We took our own dam tour (husband said that’s the last time I can use that pun), walking across the top of the dam and even being in two states at once!

We’re off to the next part of our journey today, but not before a delicious breakfast and coffee in the pine tree forest. I can’t wait for today’s adventures!

If we were having coffee together today, I’d share that I’ve decided to hop back onto the BBG train! I’ve been adding the BBG 3.0 workouts to my training schedule. This level is no joke–I’m loving the challenges! I even did one of the workouts at the awesome hotel gym in Vegas.
