Fit Friday #17: Five Fitness Favorites

Happy Friday! Here is a collection of five things I’m loving lately, and they all relate to fitness:
1. Bombas Socks
These are, without a doubt, the comfiest socks I’ve ever worn. They have the right amount of cushion in the places I need it most for my workouts. I love the marbled ankle socks the best. I have even gotten the husband wearing these! If you buy multiple pairs, you get a pretty good discount. They also donate one pair for every pair you purchase! Did you know that socks are one of the most-requested items at shelters? A warm pair of socks can make you feel invincible and comforted.
2. Qalo Rings
I cherish my engagement and wedding ring so much. I still get compliments on them, even after being married for a few years. I visit the jeweler every 6 months to have them cleaned and inspected, and I like taking care of them. So, when I found these silicone rings for active people, I thought this is a great idea! I have purchased them in several colors to coordinate with all of my activities and favorite colors (not necessary but fun). I love the stackable ones the most!
3. Diva Cup
This is where I’ll find out if I have male readers! Ladies, it’s SO important to feel comfortable with yourself–your WHOLE self. My life changed when I stopped using disposable maxi pads and tampons and switched completely to the Diva Cup. It’s so easy — the first time placing it is literally the only hard part. You have to learn how it works best for you, but just keep working at it! This is the ONLY thing that moves with me and prevents leaks for an incredibly active lifestyle. 4. Body Wipes
I think I recommend these to every active person I’ve ever met! I know it can be hard sometimes to squeeze in a workout, especially during the day. These wipes can help! You feel clean, really clean, and can rest assured that you’re wiping away sweat and dirt with one wipe. They are extra thick and don’t leave any residue. They’re also very easy to pop into your gym bag, great for on the go. These wipes are also super inexpensive. Grab a box for home, your locker at the gym, your gym bag, your car… (affiliate link)
5. L. Erikson ponytail holders These are game-changers when it comes to hair and crazy fitness classes. Nothing–ever–has held my thick hair in place, been able to wrap a full THREE times (oh yeah!), or not hurt like these stretch ponytail holders. Grab them for yourself – I purchased the neutral set.
