Fitness Friday #16: 5 Bodyweight Squats

People who come to classes with me know one thing: if I giggle at the beginning of class, it means we’re either doing tons of push-ups or tons of squats/booty work. I love sharing my joy for bodyweight exercises with students.

I like squats, mmmkay?

Basic squats or basic wide squats are excellent bodyweight exercises, but it’s also nice to have other squat options. Try these five squat variations to add a little zest to your workout.
