Fitness Friday #27: Squat Challenge

For the month of August, I’m hosting a fun SQUAT challenge.

Join the facebook group for reminders to squat and daily motivation!

Here’s how it works:

1) Each day, refer to the guide below to determine the type of squat and number for the day.

2) Perform as many good-form squats as you can, reaching for the listed target number. If your form starts to fall wayside, stop and try to pick up the rest later. These do not have to be performed all at the same time! You can split up the squat number for the day.

3) Let us know that you did them on the facebook group. Accountability FTW!
