Fitness Friday #32: Core Circuit
Want to squeeze in a workout but you find you’re short on time? I have a great, quick circuit for you.
This can be performed in 10 minutes (or fewer), and is the perfect combination of strength and core exercises. You can even do it anywhere, no equipment is required.
Do you like these types of workouts? I use various combinations of these circuits when I travel for work (I’ll be gone for 2 straight weeks this year so I’ll be all over stuff like this). I’d love to share more of these!
