A few weeks ago, I started a ‘Pro Tip’ series on my Fit with Aundra facebook page.

I get a lot of questions from clients (which I LOVE) related to fitness and wellness.  I thought — why not share some of the questions and answers with everyone, since most of the time people have the same question!

I’ve already covered a range of topics – from my favorite stretch, one tip to improve balance, one move I always add in my own fitness routines, and more. Check out some of the videos on the facebook page.
