Summer Shape-Up

Even though summer is just around the corner (6 weeks!), it’s never too late to begin a summer shape-up challenge.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I’m looking for a new fitness challenge. Running has become part of my routine (which is awesome!), but it doesn’t work me out the way it used to. I need something new.

For the next 6 weeks, I’ve committed myself to what I’m calling my Summer Shape-Up. Six weeks is a fraction of the year, and even if I come out of it only learning how to do a plank, I think it’s a win!

Planks
interval training
PiYo strength 3 times a week
Running 3 times a week
Zumba 2x a week (4x beginning June 4)

weight training plan 2-3 times a week
