Weekend Bliss

Such a blissful weekend: hanging on the homestead with the chicken ladies, playing in the garden, frolicking at the Farmers’ Market, iced latte from Evergrain (the BEST.), searching for sea glass at a local beach, picking fresh local blueberries and making homemade jam, snuggling with the kitten on the back porch with a delicious Parisian book, a lovely 8 mile morning run with a new running buddy, and enjoying the sweet moments of a relaxing weekend.

I love our back porch, especially when it’s too hot to be outside but too sunny to be inside the house. Cody isn’t so sure what he likes.

Searching for sea glass – takes me back to the days I worked at Sea Glass Publishing!

They’re getting so big. And so lovely.

So I accidentally purchased daikon radishes (because I love them) even after I pulled a ton from the homestead. Sauerkraut for everyone!

This is probably a quarter of the daikon radishes we’ll get from the garden this year.

A sweet sitting area at our homestead. Want to come enjoy a cup of morning coffee with me?
